What is CFC?
Challenge Fitness Camp is a six week outdoor program with three sessions per week involving a variety of exercises including boxing, endurance running, circuit training, obstacle courses and team based activities.

Where and when is it held?
CFC is held indoors and outdoors on weekday mornings at 6am and at various locations around the local area.

How does it work?
CFC uses a variety of exercises, focusing on muscular strength and endurance and aerobic activity. Participants can expect body weight work, lunges and stretches, teamed with boxing, skipping and agility drills designed to target muscular development and aerobic fitness.

Circuits, partner activities and obstacle courses are also incorporated to ensure a fun and motivating workout.

Am I fit enough to do a CFC?
CFC attracts people of all shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels. It is great for people who want to get back on track with their fitness and those who want to push their fitness to the next level.

How do I get started?
To get started give us a call or pop into the centre before Sunday 19th April and we can complete your registration form.
